Characteristics: There are hundreds of cutters designed for alloy wheels. Various cutters specialized for different type of wheels are well-designed. Regarding the pin hole problem of c asting which happens in diameter under 1mm, it may be improved by using PCD cutters. We can make special size (custom made) PCD inserts according to changeable types of wheels.
PCD is kind of polycrystal material made by carborundum powder with solvent under high temperature and pressure. The hardness (around HV6000) is lower than natural carborundum. Comparing PCD cutter with carbide cutter, its hardness is triple – quadruple higher; wear resistance and tool life is 50 -100 times higher; promoting cutting speed 5 -20 times; roughness may reach Ra0.05μm. PCD cutter brings high cutting efficiency and stable accuracy.

Application: specialized in grinding work piece of glass
Characteristics: When CBN cutter is working on CNC milling machine, the controller should have pet drilling function. Since as the S = 20000 RPM, F = 100, the cutting depth is not over 0.01mm, otherwise it will cause bad result of chip removal. It is related to the CBN grain size. The CBN grain size is proportional with the surface roughness of work piece. It’s more like grinding glass than cutting glass. The spindle runout of machine will influence the accuracy of cutting. According to experiments, the diamond holes of CBN cutter will be blocked for deeper cutting length, then the cutting oil or cooler cannot take chips out. It will caused damage of cutting edge and short tool life. That’s our interior experiment result.
Carbide 'V' Grooving Bits For Cutting Acrylic
1. The left photo below is the complete performance of carving typeface.
2. The right photo below displays the ascent facet exquisiteness on the typeface work piece and the grain route. The cutter is designed according to the characteristics of acrylic fabric materials, the asset, the cutting depth, Z axis RPM, F, the cutting edge geometry,…etc. The width of tip bottom is 0.10~0.25mmmm. The surface of work piece is very exquisite, no blunt and any cutting trace, no acrylic remnants left in the flute gap, and the design of central point is very special.
Usually the surface of work piece will become blush after cutting, but our tool with superior design won’t have such problems. Hence, tool for wood cutting or for acrylic cutting should have different design. BW’s cutter is much better than those imported products.

Compound Sharpener
BW is a professional cutter manufacturer. Above photo is new developed portable compound sharpener of end mill and tap.
Compound grinder may assemble two functions, re-grinding end mill, drill, tap, or carbide rod. For End Mill+Drill Sharpener, it apply to re-sharpen dia 2mm – 13mm, of square end mills with flute 2, 3, 4, and 6 to make cutter sharp again.
It may use fine diamond cutting wheel during re-grinding process to increase the surface smooth and decrease cutting scar.
Adjustable grinding holder of central rake angle : grinding end, central rake angle, 2nd relief angle at the same time. And the re-grind end mills are over central point after sharpening.
The right side of machine is for sharpening taps. It may re-grind carbide and HSS taps of 3-4 flues, dia M16 – M32, edge angle 5°-30°. It may grind correct angle of tap through adjustable grinding holder of central angle.
Both sides of diamond cutting wheel could be applied, which may promote efficiency.
CBN400-200 wheel may reach fine surface of cutter and decrease cutting scar of work piece.
Break tap will influence the quality of work piece. The portable sharpener may be used in time, very flexible in usage.
BW tool sharpener weight 12-15 kg, pilot angle from 5°-30°, power AC110 and AC220 50/60Hz, 6000 R.P.M. It may cut the broken cutter and re-grind the head of end mill. Very efficient in the short time and cost saving.
Convenient in usage, precise, speedy, and cost saving, which is very good for factories.
BW carbide cutter cut carbide material
BW develop new type CNC cutters specialized in cutting carbide work piece, HV550°. It is difficult material. We design special geometry, which is different from traditional end mills. Since general end mills will be broken if it cuts carbide mould, BW’s new cutter with new geometry, plus nano surface technology, which may reach smooth surface of work piece and prolong its life. Coating of cutter is advanced. The coating bar contents 15-20% of Si, which may increase its performance on difficult cutting.
BW achieves mission impossible – carbide tool cutting carbide work piece. However, BW got it!
Cutting condition: dia R2, S=15000 rpm, Feed 1000, Depth 0.01-0.02mm. The finished products is with the same quality than EDM. It is more cost-saving than PCD diamond tools, so it will be a new solution for electronic mould industry.
